St Aubyn Street Villa

A large alternation and extension, with the addition of a garage and basement below the existing home, and third storey above. This was a significant excavation project to install structural steel members, underpinning the house and earth moving to allow a new ground floor structure to be established. Special consideration was needed around removing the existing roof, instaling a mid-floor and building up another level which would tie into the existing turret.
