Clarity before a single nail is driven.
We'll meet you on-site to really capture your vision. We then inspect the property, offer any practical advice we may see and go over any questions or concerns you might have. We'll also show you examples of our workmanship, explain how we build and how we would work with you. We'll sign a preliminary agreement before preparing a detailed scope of works and confirming the proposed timeframe.

We arrange any necessary geotech reports, surveys, and site assessments. Understanding the land and any existing structures fully means we can design and build with accuracy and flag any challenges early, before they become costly. This is also where we can get some preliminary estimates out to you so you can consider the project as a whole and make any necessary changes.

With the design finalised, details confirmed, and any required consents in place, we prepare a comprehensive construction proposal outlining the scope of works, specifications, costs, and project timeframe. This ensures you have a clear understanding of what is included and confidence in the plan before we start swinging hammers.

With milestone-based invoicing, progress photos, and regular updates, you’ll always have a clear understanding of where your project is at.

We manage the full compliance process: council sign-offs, documentation, and everything needed to make your home officially, legally, and completely finished. When we hand over the keys, the job is truly done and you can start making memories.
